The state Capitol has been home to 43 presidential portraits, all of them painted by California artist Lawrence Williams, for 25 years. Recently, the collection almost lost President Clinton's likeness when archivists at the Clinton Library, in Little Rock, Ark., asked for it back. Dan Meyers talks to state Rep. Paul Weissman, who led the effort to keep the collection complete.
