2009 Session: Sin Tax Tempts Lawmakers

Five years ago Colorado voters amended the state constitution to impose a tax on cigarettes. The money is set aside for health programs. Now lawmakers want to tap the tax to help fill the state's general fund shortfall. KCFR Health Reporter Eric Whitney has more.
