Colorado Hopes to Win Second Round of Education Funding

After falling short of the finish line in March, Colorado is once again vying for a federal Race to the Top grant to help improve the state's schools and teacher performance. Delaware and Tennessee were the two winners in the first round, and up to fifteen winners are expected in this final round.
