Metro State Gallery Has a New Home

June 25, 2010

After nearly 20 years in downtown Denver, Metropolitan State College's Center for Visual Art opens its new site in the booming Santa Fe Arts District.  Metro State President Stephen Jordan tells CPR's Mike Lamp the new location will bring more visibility to the gallery's exhibitions by Metro students and visiting artists.  It will also help the school promote the arts - and Metro State enrollment - in that historically Hispanic neighborhood.
