Round-Up: Pueblo County considers nuclear power; Midwives can now suture; and more

Pueblo County officials are holding the second of two consecutive hearings tonight to talk about a proposed energy project that could include a nuclear power plant...Midwives in Colorado would have additional authority under a bill that's been approved by the state Senate. The Senate voted 32-3 today to allow midwives to suture women who experience tears during childbirth...and, the State Board of Health today adopted revisions to physician rules regarding medical marijuana.
