House Initially Passes Proof of Citizenship to Vote

The state house of representatives initially passed a bill today that aims to track down non-citizens who vote and remove them from the voter rolls. Republicans call it a common sense measure, while Democrats argue it will have a chilling effect on voting. Bente Birkeland has more from the state capitol.
