Film Review: San Francisco Silent Film Festival

The San Francisco Silent Film Festival, which ended on Sunday, has been going for 16 years. For four days each year, the 1400-seat Castro Theater is virtually full from morning to night. Colorado Public Radio film critic Howie Movshovitz says it’s one of the world’s great small film festivals.
