The winner of the so-called Queen Stage of this week’s USA Pro Cycling Challenge from Gunnison to Aspen was George Hincapie of BMC Racing Team. In his post-win press conference, Hincapie credited in part, food. Indeed, diet does play a role in an athlete’s performance.
