For the past two years, the state legislature has grappled with what to do with Pinnacol Assurance. That’s the state created worker's compensation company. The issue will come up again now that the company has proposed privatizing itself. On Friday a task force is expected to hold its first meeting to discuss the plan. But as state capitol reporter Bente Birkeland reports, many people are skeptical of it.
