Capitol Conversation: The Constitutionality of TABOR

A federal judge is weighing whether a lawsuit against the Tax Payers Bill of Rights should move forward. Plaintiffs are suing the state, and say TABOR violates the U.S. Constitution because it strips the state legislature of its power to tax. But Colorado is defending TABOR and filed a motion asking the judge to dismiss the lawsuit. Bente Birkeland takes a closer look at the case as part of our weekly Capitol Conversation series.
