El Paso County Ballot Measures: PPRTA and a Sales Tax for the Sheriff

Though the presidential race is the big news item this election year, voters in El Paso County will also consider two tax measures that could have a significant impact on the Pikes Peak region. KRCC's Michelle Mercer reports.
