Boulder Remains in State of Emergency

Boulder County remains in a state of emergency. Flash flooding has cut off rural communities, closed streets and forced residents to evacuate. Two people are confirmed dead there. CPR’s Pat Mack was in Boulder and spoke with CPR's Anna Hanel.
