Colorado's flood repairs are right on target, according to the man appointed by Governor Hickenlooper to oversee the effort. Chief Recovery Officer Jerre Stead says the repairs are getting done on schedule, but there is still a lot of work to do. He talked with CPR's Mike Lamp.
