A court ruling aimed at the Federal Health Care law's insurance exchanges has no impact on customers of the state-run exchange in Colorado, officials said Tuesday.
The United States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit's decision struck down subsidies in the 36 states that did not set up their own insurance exchanges.
Linda Kanamine, communications director of Connect For Health Colorado, said customers of the state's exchange are not affected.
"If you receive tax credits to help lower the cost of your health insurance, there is no reason for concern about your coverage," she said.
The Obama administration says it will appeal the ruling.
