Bong, not bomb, causes scare at Boulder bus station

Police say a suspicious device that led to the evacuation of Boulder's downtown bus station turned out to be a bong.

Police spokeswoman Kim Kobel told the Daily Camera newspaper that a guard discovered what he thought might be a pipe bomb Tuesday morning. She said the foot-long plastic pipe looked suspicious because it was capped at both ends but marijuana was found inside.
