A woman convicted of killing her husband by running him over during a fight has been sentenced to six years in prison.
Nancy Jo Arias was convicted in June of manslaughter and vehicular homicide in the death of Phillip Anthony Lobato last summer. The Denver Post reports she was sentenced Thursday during an emotional hearing in Brighton in which the defense argued she was acting in self defense.
