Rifle Under Mandatory Water Restrictions

Residents in Rifle are under mandatory water restrictions after a pipeline that provides water broke. Police say water may not be used for any outdoor purposes until further notice. According to KJCT-TV , there is no estimate when it will be repaired. Officials say there is a limited amount of water in the community water tank.
