Bluegrass on the Arkansas

As usual, bands will perform Saturday evening starting at 4:30pm in Rotary Riverside Park and again on Sunday starting at noon till 9:30pm. This is a FREE Rotary event that our community has enjoyed for the past 19 years that draws visitors to Salida. Donations are requested with all proceeds going back to the Salida community, primarily in the form of scholarships for local students and support of local non-profit organizations. In addition to the line-up of bluegrass bands, we will be serving soda, beer, wine, pulled pork, hamburgers and brats for your enjoyment. A Bounce House will be available for kids, and time spent enjoying the music in the park along the Arkansas River in historic downtown Salida – all make this a fun weekend.
