Event Description

Mongolian musician Zagd-Ochir Sumiyabazar will perform a concert of Mongolian folk music, including throat-singing and playing the horse-head fiddle, at 7 p.m. Friday, Dec. 17 in Packard Hall.

In addition to the performance, he will also discuss the history and art of throat singing and long songs, and answer questions from the audience.

The concert is open to the public; all members of the public age 12 or older attending a Colorado College-sponsored, indoor public event will be required to present proof of vaccination or negative COVID-19 test result, along with a valid photo ID.
