Repairing cars has been Susan Wachira's dream since she was a little girl. But the auto industry has historically been a boys club; fewer than 10 percent of mechanics are women.

Now, Wachira's one of the first female foremen at Emily Griffith Technical College in Denver. Wachira and executive director of Emily Griffith, Stephanie Donner, speak with Colorado Matters about being a woman in the auto industry.
