Former Colorado congressional candidate Saira Rao and Regina Jackson of Denver are co-authors of the New York Times best-seller “White Women.” They say their book and documentary “Deconstructing Karen” (seen here) are a call to action for white women to acknowledge and confront their complicity with racism in America.

Regina Jackson, a Black woman, and Saira Rao, an Indian American woman, are co-authors of a New York Times best-seller called, “White Women: Everything You Already Know About Your Own Racism and How to Do Better” and the documentary, "Deconstructing Karen," based on their event founded in Colorado called "Race 2 Dinner." It brings groups of white women together for difficult conversations about racism and dismantling white supremacy.

Jackson will lead a fireside chat that includes a screening of the film followed by a discussion at a fundraiser for the Denver organization, Sister To Sister, on Sunday, November 5.
