Housing, crime, mental health, and equity. All those topics were on the table Tuesday night at a Denver mayoral forum hosted by Denverite, with input from non-profits that serve marginalized communities. Altogether, seven of the candidates took part.
CPR's Nathan Heffel and May Ortega moderated. Each candidate got a set amount of time to respond and two chances to rebut. This excerpt is focused on crime and improving public safety while avoiding over-policing.
