La La Land" leading up to Sunday's Academy Awards. It stars Emma Stone as an aspiring actress and Ryan Gosling as a devoted jazz musician. They are trying to make it in Los Angeles, a city known for fostering, then crushing dreams. The two had to brush up on their singing and their dancing. For the latter, they got help from choreographer Mandy Moore.
Moore, who lives in Los Angeles but grew up in Breckenridge, has many television and film choreography credits on her resume, including ABC's "Dancing With the Stars," FOX Broadcasting Company's "So You Think You Can Dance" and the 2012 award-winning film "Silver Linings Playbook."
Moore, who's called "La La Land" the "Super Bowl" of her career, spoke with Colorado Matters host Ryan Warner.
