Bills in Limbo

Nearly fifty bills are currently backlogged waiting for a hearing in Colorado's house appropriations committee by the end of this week. Many of those bills have been in limbo for weeks, and most are expected to get defeated because of the huge budget deficit facing the state. Bente Birkeland reports from Denver.
