Pinnacol Assurance Transfer Moves Forward

A proposal that would require a quasi-governmental agency to shift its extra financial reserves to fill the state's budget hole cleared a senate appropriations committee on Tuesday. But the bill still faces stiff opposition from the business community who say it's wrong for the state to raid the fund. Bente Birkeland reports from Denver.
