Issue and Candidate Voter Forum

The Citizens Project hosted an issue and candidate forum last night at the Penrose Library in downtown Colorado Springs. Speaking on issue 2C were Councilwoman Jan Martin (pro) and resident Andy McElhany (con). Measure 300 heard arguments from Douglas Bruce (pro) and Councilman Scott Hente (con). School board candidates also made presentations.
