Amendment 61 Overview

Colorado voters will decide on three tax and spending measures on this November ballot that seek to cut billions of dollars from state and local governments. If passed, Amendment 61 would ban the state government from borrowing money and issuing bonds. Opponents say it would severely shut down infrastructure projects.
