Colorado Economists Say Jobs Picture Improving

Colorado economists say business leaders are wary of the country’s financial situation, even though job growth in Colorado was actually better than expected during the first part of the year. Earlier this year economists predicted Colorado would gain about 10,000 jobs in 2011. Richard Wobbekind, associate dean of the University of Colorado Boulder Leeds School of Business, says they’re revising that to 25,000 based on new details from the state. Still, a new survey of Colorado employers shows they’re concerned about the rest of the year. Colorado Public Radio's Anna Panoka has this interview.
