Round-Up: Lawmakers reject low-flow toilets; Memorial Health on November ballot

Colorado lawmakers on the Water Conservation Review Committee have rejected a proposal that would have required low-flow toilets for new construction or remodeling...and, while the future of Memorial Health System in Colorado Springs is still up in the air, a related question this election cycle will determine whether or not to repeal a 1949 law that holds taxpayers responsible for any losses the hospital incurs.
