Colorado regulators have delayed finalizing a new rule for hydraulic fracturing. The proposed rule would require oil and gas companies to disclose to the public the fluids they use in the process. Environmental groups are urging the state to adopt a stronger rule. Bente Birkeland has more from the state capitol.
