A lot of people take dietary supplements, everything from a multivitamin to herbs. For this month’s Healthy Conversation, KRCC's Andrea Chalfin is joined by sports dietician Major Trisha Brooke Stavinoha to talk about how these supplements have the potential to create unintended consequences.
