An Interview with Food Writer Bryce Crawford

Local reporter and restaurant critic Bryce Crawford has a new gig. Earlier this month, after six years spent covering everything from the marijuana industry to the local food scene for the Colorado Springs Independent, he left the paper and started his own food news website, Rocky Mountain Food Report. KRCC's Jake Brownell recently spoke with Crawford about his new project, his career as food writer, and his take on the state of the culinary arts in Colorado Springs.
