Six Percent Budget Bill Passes Senate

A bill that would repeal a state budget growth limit passed the state senate as expected Tuesday on a party line vote. Democrats say the measure would give lawmakers more flexibility to spend state money. Republicans say it's unconstitutional. Bente Birkeland reports from Denver.
