New Healthcare Plan for Uninsured

Coloradans who have been uninsured for at least six months may qualify for a new federal healthcare program aimed at getting more people health coverage. The program only applies to people with pre-existing medical conditions. Bente Birkeland reports that officials began accepting applications today.
