Democratic state treasurer Cary Kennedy is highlighting her efforts to help the state grapple with deep budget cuts in her re-election bid. Kennedy recently debated her Republican challenger Walker Stapleton in Colorado Springs. He's advocating limited government and transparency, and says Colorado has an addiction to spending. Bente Birkeland has more from state capitol.
