Colorado's 42nd Governor, Democrat John Hickenlooper, is pledging to obsessively promote the state to help boost the economy, and improve the quality of life for future generations. That was among several proclamations he made moments after being sworn in before a crowd of dignitaries, lawmakers, and members of the state's supreme court.
