The Colorado Senate passed a bill today that would allow illegal immigrants who graduate from Colorado high schools to pay less than out of state tuition, but more than in-state. The measure passed on a party line vote, and Governor Hickenlooper recently weighed in with his support. Bente Birkeland has more from the state capitol.
