Metropolitan State College of Denver has become the first school in Colorado to create a new tuition category specifically for undocumented immigrants who gradate from Colorado high schools. The tuition would be significantly lower than the out-of-state rate students currently pay. It mirrors a bill that failed in the state legislature. Bente Birkeland has more from the state capitol.
