Tom Magnuson is the Warning Coordination Meteorologist for the National Weather Service in Pueblo. He urges folks to take the storm into consideration in planning their weekend.
"A storm like this might happen every five years or so," says Magnuson. "So it is a big event, and people need to plan accordingly and plan ahead for what they’re going to do this weekend."
Magnuson also says March is one of Colorado’s snowier months and says more snow could be on its way late next week.
