As Governor John Hickenlooper enters his second year in office, he’s winning praise on both sides of the aisle for his political savvy, especially when it comes to energy issues. State regulators recently passed a rule requiring oil and gas companies to publicly disclose the fluids they use in hydraulic fracturing. Hickenlooper made the announcement with support from environmental groups and oil and gas producers. Bente Birkeland has more from the state capitol.
