Colorado is among 10 states getting a total of $230 million dollars to help set up new health insurance markets under President Barack Obama’s overhaul...Southern Colorado residents near Ft. Carson may hear an increase in air traffic starting tomorrow, as the base hosts high altitude training for a visiting aviation unit...and, operations at Denver International Airport are back to normal after high winds raking Colorado forced the closure of two runways.
