August Colorado Springs PFLAG meeting

The Family Acceptance Project will be the focus of this month's meeting. This project has been researching the relationship between LGBTQ+ youth and the level of acceptance and emotional support provided to them by their families. It has been found that family support is pivotal to helping these young people develop and maintain good self-esteem and move confidently forward in their lives. The meeting will include a couple of short films and a discussion.
