Adventures of Huckleberry Finn is told from the perspective of the enslaved Jim. But who is Percival Everett and what does his
work say about race and identity in America? Focusing on two of Everett’s most notable novels, this session invites readers to
take a closer look at the author and his unique contributions to contemporary American fiction.
