Her deep connection to the land and its history led to the discovery of fantastic artifacts linked to the Cherokee Trail on her property. Passionate about preserving cultural heritage, Annie has worked to document and share these findings while highlighting the significance of the Cherokee Trail in regional history.

The Palmer Lake Historical Society is an educational 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization serving the Palmer Divide area since 1956.
