This presentation will provide an unclassified review of nuclear weapons development and their use, deployment, proliferation,
and anti-proliferation and reduction treaties. We will look at the strategy evolution from WWII on and challenges in current
strategy and maintenance of the arsenal.
Thom Rogers: Certificate in Advanced Computer Studies from University College, University of Denver and AS in
Telecommunications Technology from Napa Valley College.
